1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

3. How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@greennature.com.au with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
