1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 2–6 business days – $8.95 flat rate
Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–3 business days – $14.95 flat rate
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100 AUD (Australia only)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries. International rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
All international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel via the courier’s tracking portal.
5. Delays and Issues
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, GreenNature is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping charges.
